As an innovative hands-on leader, drove Start-up Company revenue from <$2M to +$20M building a commercial team from scratch including: Marketing, Sales, Service, Clinical Training teams and Head of HR resulting in 2X increase in Sales leads (+$75M) and 4X increase in employees (23 to 95).

With brand expertise led brand transition to completely new Company name, logo, website, digital marketing, advertising, collaterals & trade-show exhibit property.
Created scripts, directed and produced over 10 company videos for website and trade shows. Hired agency and led creation of iPad application, which elevated brand and increased lead capture.

TRIVIA:
During the filming of "Little Big Man" close-ups Ray Dimas wore colored contact lenses to cover his own blue eyes to match Dustin Hoffman's brown eyes while playing Hoffman as the character "Young Jack Crabb".
